1.將檔案先寫到 /tmp/XXX 然後再搬移
2.修改
/etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.mysqld
加入要放檔案的路徑如
/var/www/551/test/* rw,
加好後要重啟 apparmor
/etc/init.d/apparmor restart

mysql 權限只有在 /var/lib/mysql 及 /tmp
若是有分www 與 mysql 不同主機,不能用php 寫匯入的指令
