在官方论坛看到如下方法，实验可行
解决方法如下：
1. Windows 键+ R
2. 输入 shutdown.exe /r /o /f /t 00
3. 点"确定"
4. 系统会自动进入 "选项" 页面
5. 选择疑难解答
6. 选择高级选项
7. 选择windows启动设置
8. 点击重启按钮
9. 系统将重启，并跳转到高级启动选项页面
10. 选择“禁用驱动程序强制签名”
11. 重启系统后，你就可以安装arduino驱动了，安装方法与windows 7中一致
